This article highlights the new features added to Nimble’s ATS in 2024

2024 has been an amazing year! We're grateful for the valuable feedback you’ve shared to help shape the future of our product.

We're consistently enhancing to the ATS to continue to serve your needs. This year, we focused in the following 4 categories:

  • Enhanced candidate application experience

  • Improved job posting management

  • Optimized job board visibility

  • Faster candidate screening and system management

Enhanced candidate application experience

Now, you can customize the email candidates receive when they apply for a role at your organization. You can add organization-specific details to the automated application confirmation email, including information on what applicants can expect next. Candidates say they are more likely to respond quickly and accept a role at an organization which provides more information about culture and the hiring process.

Refined candidate experience

We’ve enhanced the candidate experience by adding messaging that addresses the top 3 questions candidates typically have during the application process. This improvement aims to reduce the number of questions you receive as an admin and increase the likelihood that candidates will complete their application in one sitting.


Improved job posting management

You can now create and save a bank of job templates to make posting new jobs easier. You can also save job descriptions for easier reference year after year.

Streamline your job posting management with automated job monitoring. Set criteria when posting the job and you will automatically be notified to close the position when the candidate threshold is met. This means there’s one less thing you need to remember to keep your external job board updated.

Activity feed for job postings

The activity feed shows edits to your job postings by user and date, allowing admins to easily view changes to job postings over time.

Note - this is visible only to Nimble Admin; it is not visible to candidates


Optimized job board visibility

Updated job posting page

With a refreshed and contemporary design for admin and candidates, key job details are highlighted up top, so candidates can more quickly see if the job is right for them. The admin view makes it easy to share the job link and check the new job activity feed, which tracks edits to your job postings by user and date.

School locations on job boards

Candidates can easily see which school a job is associated with right on your job board. If the job is a pooled posting, candidates can simply hover over “Multiple” to see the list of schools. At the top, candidates can search for a specific school by filtering by name.


Faster candidate screening and system management

Nimble can help you automatically categorize and quickly screen candidates based on their answers to application questions. Customers using this feature said they saved five minutes of screening time per candidate!

Upgraded printing

Upgraded printing features are now available for completed scorecards, references, and candidate applications. Enjoy improved readability and optimized formatting that saves space and focuses on the most critical information.

Updated settings page

Easily jump to the section you want by clicking at the top in the navigation section.
