Q: I want to reprint new box labels for an item in my shipment. Is it possible?

Q: Can I print ASIN labels on your portal?

Q: I made a mistake on the box content for an item, and I have already printed the box labels. How can I fix it now?

A: If you made a mistake on the box content after printing the labels, you can unpack your box/es and decide how you want to repack them. However, if you delete a box in the middle of the sequence, you will need to relabel all the subsequent boxes. To avoid this, please do not delete the box; instead, add something else into the empty box. This way, you will only need to resubmit the box content without relabeling. If you use 2D barcodes, only the box in question will require relabeling. For more information on 2D barcodes, visit https://help.nineyard.com/en/articles/7041671-box-content-using-2d-barcode-labels.

Q: Can I remove SKUs of a Walmart shipment?

A: Yes, in Shipyard you have the option to remove a SKU from a Walmart WFS shipment. Please click on the options button at the right side of your SKU inside the shipment to find the "remove" option.

Q: What features does Shipyard offer for managing Walmart shipments?

A: Shipyard provides a comprehensive suite of tools for handling Walmart shipments. You can print box and SKU labels directly from your shipment page. In the event you need to make adjustments, it's also possible to remove SKUs from a Walmart WFS shipment.

For planning and organization, Shipyard suggests replenishments based on your sales activity and allows you to print a pick list for your convenience. If you're working with a third-party logistics provider (3PL), you can assign shipments to them directly in the platform. Despite these extensive features, to finalize your WFS shipment, you will need to proceed to Walmart's Seller Center. This holistic approach combines the streamlined flow of Shipyard with the specific tools offered by Walmart's own platform.

Q: What are the main features of Shipyard?

A: Shipyard offers a wide range of features designed to simplify and optimize your fulfillment process:

  1. Avoiding the Send to Amazon (STA) flow: Shipyard provides the option to bypass the STA flow, offering greater flexibility in the shipping process.

  2. Create Shipment First, Add Box Content Later: You can create your shipment first and add the box content at a later stage, giving you more control over the packing process.

  3. Skipping Box Weight & Dimensions on LTL Shipments: For LTL shipments, you can skip entering the box weight and dimensions to speed up the shipping process.

  4. Customized Suggestions for FBA & WFS Replenishment: Shipyard provides customized suggestions for replenishing your FBA and Walmart Fulfillment Service (WFS) inventories based on your specific needs and sales patterns.

  5. Printing All Sorts of Labels: Shipyard supports the printing of all types of labels, both regular and 2D barcode labels, which can streamline your labeling process.

  6. 3-in-1 Label Printing: This feature allows you to save time by printing a 3-in-1 label that includes the FNSKU and box label in one print job.

  7. Printing a Pick List: Shipyard offers the ability to print a pick list, which can help facilitate order picking in your warehouse or fulfillment center.

  8. Prep & Ship via SPD or LTL: Depending on your shipping needs, Shipyard supports shipping via Small Parcel Delivery (SPD) or Less Than Truckload (LTL).

Q: Why am I unable to submit box content for my shipment?

A: If your box content source is set to "none", you will not be able to submit box content. To do so, it needs to be set to "Feed". You can easily change the box content source to "Feed" when your shipment is in "Working" status. However, once your shipment status changes to "in transit", you can no longer modify the source, which prevents you from submitting box content.

Q: What does the error message "ANDON_PULL_STRIKE_ONE" mean when planning a shipment?

A: The "ANDON_PULL_STRIKE_ONE" is an error message from Amazon indicating that there are restrictions on your account due to issues with your shipments. This usually means that Amazon has identified a problem with a previous shipment, such as discrepancies in the declared quantity or issues with the item's description or listing details. Until these issues are resolved, you will not be able to create new shipments. To identify and address these issues, check any notifications or case logs in your Seller Central account.

Q: Can I add a separate Amazon account to my existing Nineyard account?

A: Yes, it's completely fine to have multiple Amazon accounts integrated into the same Nineyard account. These accounts are treated as separate entities by Amazon, just like different Nineyard users. To add a new Amazon integration, navigate to Settings > Integrations in your Nineyard account and click "Add." It may take a few minutes for your SKUs and shipments to appear. It's worth noting that additional integrations are available at a discounted rate of $179 per month for each additional account.

Q: If I have an ASIN with both FBM and FBA offers, will the FBA replenish suggestions count increase because of it?

A: No, the replenishment suggestions in Nineyard are exclusively based on FBA sales. FBM traffic does not affect these calculations.

Q: What's Target Stock Days, and how do I adjust it?

A: Target Stock Days in Shipyard refers to the number of days you aim to have your inventory stocked for. Adjusting this can help you better align your inventory levels with your expected demand. You can adjust your Target Stock Days in the Shipping > Replenish page, located in the settings at the top right corner of the page.

Q: Can I set different Target Stock Days for specific SKUs?

A: Currently, Shipyard only allows one setting for Target Stock Days across the entire account. However, a workaround is possible. You can place a specific note in the notes section of the SKUs you want to manage differently. After you have applied a new "Target Stock Days" setting for the entire account, use the "Select Actions" menu to choose "Recalculate". Then, you can filter by the notes column to find and manage those specially marked items.

Q: Is there a way to delete specific box numbers in a shipment on Shipyard without affecting the rest of the box numbers, especially when using 2D barcodes?

A: When you delete specific box numbers in a shipment on Shipyard, the rest of the box numbers will generally be renumbered, which typically requires relabeling the boxes that follow in the sequence. However, if you are using 2D barcodes, this process is simplified. With 2D barcodes, you do not need to relabel the subsequent boxes; you only need to focus on the boxes in question that you are deleting.

Q: How do I deactivate SKUs in Nineyard?

A: To deactivate SKUs in Nineyard, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Nineyard account.

  2. Navigate to the “SKUs” section in the sidebar menu.

  3. Find the SKUs you want to deactivate by searching or filtering through your list.

  4. Select the SKUs by checking the box next to them.

  5. Once you've selected the SKUs you want to deactivate, go to the “Select Action” dropdown menu at the top of the page.

  6. Choose the "Deactivate" option from the dropdown menu. This will deactivate the selected SKUs and remove them from your active list.

Note: Deactivation is reversible. If you need to reactivate an SKU, simply go back to the “SKUs” section, find the deactivated SKU, and choose "Activate" from the “Select Action” dropdown menu.
