Q: How does Nineyard Freight Network work?

A: Sellers can submit their shipment details through the Nineyard platform and choose from different options, including assigning the shipment to a preferred trucker, selecting an Amazon partnered & Nineyard affiliated carrier, or opting for just an Amazon-partnered carrier. Truckers can bid on available shipments or be assigned by sellers, and all communication and document handling can be done within the platform.

Q: Do I need to box my shipment to use Nineyard Freight Network?

A: The requirement to box your shipment depends on the "box content source" setting in the "Prep & Ship" feature. If the "box content source" is set to "Feed," it is necessary to have your items boxed. However, if the "box content source" is set to "None," you can proceed with Prep & Ship and utilize the Nineyard Freight Network even if your items are not boxed.

Q: Can I request multiple shipments at once? For example, if I have three FBA shipments going to the same fulfillment center and I want to fill a direct truck with them.

A: Currently, it is not possible to request multiple shipments at once and combine them into the same load. However, we are actively working on a feature update that will allow the combining of multiple shipments into a single load. Stay tuned for further updates on this functionality.
