How to reset your password

If you use an email and password to log into nkoda and you'd like to change your password, head to the nkoda login page and click 'Forgot Password?'.

A reset link will be sent to your email address. Follow the steps to change the password, and log in with your new credentials.

Where is my password reset link?

Sometimes the password reset email doesn't immediately appear in our customer's primary inboxes.

Firstly, please check your Spam or Junk folders. If the email ended up in this area, please mark it as 'Not Spam' - this helps to improve the likelihood of it ending up in primary inboxes for others.

However, sometimes, password reset emails do not get sent to a customer's inbox because their sign in method is not with email and password, but with a social sign-on, such as, Google, Apple, Facebook, etc. If you recall using a social sign-on previously to set up your subscription, please use the relevant sign in option.
