How to unsubscribe from nkoda, through your app store or online

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, follow steps a) if you subscribed through an App Store, and b) if you subscribed online with direct debit.

If you're not sure how you subscribed to nkoda, take a look at the last receipt you received from us in your emails. If the receipt is from Microsoft Store, Google Store, or the Apple Store please follow the steps under a). If the receipt is from Stripe, please follow the steps under b).

a) For subscriptions made through an App Store:

To cancel your subscription with nkoda, you can go to the settings on your device or the app store where you subscribed. Here are the instructions on how to cancel for each platform:

Make sure to sign into the app stores with the same email address you used to sign up for nkoda. If you encounter any issues while cancelling your subscription through these app stores, please contact your app store customer support, who will be able to help manage your subscription.

Please note that any subscriptions purchased through these platforms are solely handled by the respective app stores. As a result, we are unable to cancel or refund any charges on behalf of our members due to their security policy.

b) For direct debit subscriptions made online, processed by Stripe:

Please be aware that you need to sign in to app.nkoda.com with the same credentials you used when signing up, to manage and cancel your subscription. For example, if you first signed up through Google sign on, you must 'Log in with Google' to manage your subscription.

To cancel your online subscription:

  1. Open app.nkoda.com and sign in

  2. Tap your name in the top right corner and select 'Account'

  3. Scroll down the panel and tap 'Cancel subscription'. Follow the cancellation process: provide feedback and confirm at the bottom of the page to complete your cancellation.

If you subscribed through an app store, you will be routed to the app store’s cancellation page. Please follow the instructions in section a) to sign into your app store and complete your cancellation.

Once you cancel, you will maintain access to nkoda until the end of your current billing period. If you later decide to resubscribe, you can do so, after your current subscription has expired.
