In your 'Settings', we've created the option for you to backup your data immediately with 'Cloud Backup'. Though we back up your data - your annotations, uploads and edits - automatically every few minutes whilst you work, this setting gives you more control over your data for when you may need it.
Please note: before you delete the music reader app and update to the new nkoda app, please make sure that you have backed up your data in Cloud backup. This will ensure that all of your data has been saved and stored safely in your profile.
If there is new data to back up in your account, head to 'Cloud Backup' in your settings, and click the 'Backup' button.
We'll let you know that your backup is currently in progress...
And when it has been completed!
If you experience the error message shown below, tap ‘Backup’ again. If the error persists, please contact our Customer Support at support@nkoda.com.
