Our first recommendation is to consider using our chat system to contact the seller directly. Sellers might occasionally overlook requests, possibly due to emails landing in their spam folder, which could lead them to be unaware of your interest to buy their item. Sending a friendly reminder could prove beneficial. If you are still unable to contact the seller, don’t hesitate to reach out to us – we may be able to facilitate communication with the seller on your behalf. You will receive feedback within 2 days.

However, if you no longer have interest in the item, you needn’t take any action. All offers expire within 3 days, so you also will be automatically refunded.
