Buying an item step by step:
1. Explore Items
Browse through the listings and discover the pre-loved items that catch your interest.
2. Request to buy
If you spot an item you wish to buy, simply click the "Request to buy" button.
If this is your first purchase and you haven't yet provided shipping and bank details in your profile, you need to complete this step now. Input your address and phone number, ensuring accuracy. Also, enter your payment card details to initiate the purchase request.
A Buyer Protection fee* will be applied at checkout, offering a refund guarantee in case the item fails to arrive, is damaged, or significantly differs from the description.
3. Submit
Upon submitting your request, the seller will be notified of your intention to purchase their item. Once the seller confirms your purchase request, the transaction is confirmed.
Important Notes:
Final sale policy: Be aware that the NOLD is a peer-to-peer marketplace and all sales are final and refunds are not available once the sale is finalised.
Communication with seller: We recommend discussing the item with its owner before sending a purchase request. Address any concerns regarding the item's condition and inquire about the expected delivery date.
Charge confirmation: You will only be charged if the seller accepts your request within 3 days. This ensures that you are charged only when the seller confirms the transaction.
