Reviews and rating system
Updated over a week ago

At NOLD, transparency and accountability are paramount in fostering a trustworthy marketplace environment. That's why we've implemented a comprehensive rating and review system to empower both sellers and buyers in their transactions.

What are Ratings and Reviews?

Ratings are numerical scores ranging from 1 to 5, representing users' satisfaction levels with a specific trade and their communication with the other party. Each user's individual rating is determined by the average of all received ratings. On the other hand, reviews consist of written opinions provided by users, evaluating their interaction with the other party and the trade itself.

Public Accessibility

Both ratings and reviews are integral parts of each user's profile and are publicly accessible. This transparency ensures that users can make informed decisions when engaging in transactions on our platform.

Visibility and Moderation

Reviews and ratings are only available for completed orders and can be viewed either within the chat or in the profile section of the user involved. It's important to note that all ratings and reviews undergo moderation by NOLD to maintain fairness and integrity within our community.

Our Moderation Policy

To uphold our standards, reviews containing any of the following elements will be promptly deleted:

Misinformation, deception, or fraud

Hate speech

Violation of personal data or privacy

Bullying and harassment

Statements indicating intent to commit violence, including self-harm and violence against animals

Intellectual property violations

By promoting transparency and accountability, we aim to create a safe and positive environment for all members of our community. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our rating and review system, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team for assistance. We're here to help ensure your experience on NOLD is both satisfying and secure.
