In our locations, there are various shared spaces that you can freely use while considering other guests. Unfortunately, these spaces cannot be rented or reserved, and, for example, there is no separate club or party room available.

Shared spaces are intended for their designated purposes, and if residents misuse these areas, it may lead to the termination of the accommodation agreement. While residents are free to act in their own studios as they would in their homes, it is essential to respect other users of the shared spaces.

We hope that every resident feels at home, so please always take care of your own traces when using common areas.

Shared spaces are open 24/7 (except for the sauna area). Please be considerate of other guests and observe quiet hours (from 22:00 to 08:00).

We are not responsible for personal items left unattended in shared spaces. Lost items can be inquired about from our staff.

If shared spaces are left unusually messy after use, we may charge additional cleaning costs to the resident afterward.

All our locations are non-smoking, and designated smoking areas are clearly marked. Illegal substances and criminal activities are strictly prohibited.
