What time can I check in?
You are welcome to check in from 3:00 PM on your arrival day. Early check-in is possible only if availability allows; please inquire with the staff at your specific location. You can find the contact details for the property at the bottom of our website by scrolling to the very end.
If early check-in is not available, you can leave your luggage with us and relax in the common areas before accessing your studio.
You do not need to check in on the start day of your reservation, even though the reservation is valid from the start day, regardless of check-in.
Arrival outside opening hours
Please contact the property staff if you are arriving after 9:00 PM. You will receive check-in instructions via email. The email will include the door access code and contact information for security if you encounter any issues during check-in.
How does the check-in process work?
Check-in is done using the check-in tablets found in the lobby, and you will receive the necessary code before the start of your reservation. Our staff is available to assist if needed!
The login code will be delivered by email on the day of arrival. If you have informed us in advance that you will be arriving outside of service hours, we will send a separate door code for the building, which you can use to enter. We will also provide the door code if your arrival is delayed and occurs outside of our opening hours.
