How does the check-out process work?
Check-out is done by dropping the key cards into the Checkout box found in the lobby. Nothing else is needed! Please make sure you don't leave any personal items in the studio.
Is late check-out possible?
Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM on the departure day. Late check-out until 1:00 PM is possible, subject to availability, for an additional fee of €30. Please inquire about the possibility with the staff at your specific location. You can find the contact details for the property at the bottom of our website by scrolling to the very end.
Do I need to clean?
For short stay reservations, it is similar to a regular hotel booking, and you do not need to clean upon departure. For flexible bookings, the studio should be in the same condition as it was during check-in. Final cleaning includes vacuuming the floors, wiping surfaces, taking out the trash to the recycling bin, and washing the dishes. You will receive detailed instructions regarding final cleaning before your departure day.
