A flexible stay booking can be terminated with a notice period of one calendar month.

You can terminate your flexible booking by notifying us via the link provided in the email you receive. Every month on the 14th, you will receive an email with a draft invoice for the following month and the option to set your booking’s end date.

You can select an end date for any day in the month following the next calendar month. If you do not submit a termination notice by the 27th of the current month, your booking will automatically continue.

Example: If you want to end your booking in April, you must notify us between February 14th and February 27th. The email you receive on February 14th will contain a link where you can select any date in April as your booking’s end date.

Exceptions and Examples of Booking Termination

1) Terminating the Booking Upon Receiving the First Draft Invoice

If your stay began on the 1st of the month:

On the 14th, you will receive a draft invoice and a request to confirm whether you wish to end your stay on the next calendar month. If you do not wish to continue, you have until the 27th at 23:59 to submit your termination notice. You can select the earliest end date as the 1st of the following month.

Example: Your stay began on March 1st. You receive a draft invoice and a request to confirm whether you wish to end your stay on March 14th. If you wish to terminate your stay, you must notify us by March 27th at 23:59. You can select an end date anytime between April 1st and June 1st.

If your stay began between the 2nd and 14th of the month:

On the 14th, you will receive a draft invoice and a request to confirm whether you wish to end your stay for the next calendar month. If you do not wish to continue, you have until the 27th at 23:59 to submit your termination notice.

If you wish to terminate your stay, you can do so at the earliest on the 1st of the following month or after a minimum stay of 27 nights if this requirement has not been met by the 1st of the next month.

Examples:

a) Your stay began on March 2nd. You receive a draft invoice and a request to confirm whether you wish to end your stay on March 14th. If you wish to terminate your stay, you must notify us by March 27th at 23:59. You can select an end date anytime between April 1st and June 1st (as the minimum stay of 27 nights has already been met).

b) Your stay began on March 7th. You receive a draft invoice and a request to confirm whether you wish to end your stay on March 14th. If you wish to terminate your stay, you must notify us by March 27th at 23:59. The earliest available end date is April 3rd (when the minimum stay of 27 nights is met).

If your stay began between the 15th and 31st of the month:

You will receive your draft invoice on the 14th of the following month, at which point you can submit your termination notice. The earliest possible end date is the 1st of the next month. You must submit your notice by the 27th at 23:59.

Example: Your stay began on March 17th. You receive a draft invoice and a request to confirm whether you wish to end your stay on April 14th. If you wish to terminate your stay, you must notify us by April 27th at 23:59. You can select an end date anytime between May 1st and July 1st.

2) Terminating the Booking at a Later Stage

A flexible booking can be terminated with a notice period of one calendar month.

Every month on the 14th, you will receive an email with a draft invoice for the following month and a request to confirm whether you wish to end your stay after that. You must submit your termination notice by the 27th at 23:59. The notice period is always one calendar month, so the earliest end date you can select is the 1st of the month following the notice period.

Example: Your stay began on March 1st and has continued for a few months. Now, it is May and you receive your draft invoice and a request to confirm whether you wish to end your stay on May 14th. If you wish to terminate

your stay, you must notify us by May 27th at 23:59. The earliest available end date is July 1st, as the notice period begins on June 1st and ends on July 1st.
