When making a flexible reservation, you specify the estimated duration of your stay, which is a minimum of one month.

The estimated duration affects the monthly rate for accommodation. If you decide to shorten the estimated duration of your stay at the time of booking, the monthly rate for accommodation will increase, and the change will retroactively affect the monthly rate for previous months. The difference will be charged with the next monthly invoice or the final invoice.

If the duration of your stay increases, we will credit the difference with the next monthly invoice or the final invoice. You can inquire about the impact of the changed duration on the accommodation rate from our staff at the destination or via email at hello@nolistudios.com.
