We recommend creating custom fields in Outreach to record your account and prospect notes.
In order to pull in custom fields from outreach into Nooks, you need to know the individual custom field #'s from within Outreach.
Finding Outreach Settings in Nooks -
While in the dialer, navigate to your Settings from the gear icon
Under Integrations choose Outreach
Select each Custom Field # and update the associated the Field Name within Nooks
You have the option to 'Add Custom Fields' highlighted at the top of each section.
Once you've mapped each field in from Outreach, you can see them in the table view as well as the individual Prospect profile
You can rearrange and toggle how you would like to see these fields in your individual dialer view
In the individual Prospect view from within Nooks, your custom fields will appear under Prospect Details.
The Fields you mapped to Prospect Notes Sync and Account Notes Sync will appear under the separate Notes tab below.
