Make sure your team has the proper permissions in your Hubspot to be able to create sequences, tasks or lists for themselves (If managers/admins are creating sequences and lists, this can be disregarded)

Custom Field Mapping -
Allow your team to reference key notes or information on calls from the data within the nooks platform
Once you have pulled your custom fields into the Nooks dialer via settings, you can leverage them on calls with your prospects.
Examples of custom fields we use here at Nooks -
Sales Tech Stack
Current Vendor
If your sales operations team is enriching data within your CRM, you can make those fields readily available for your team to see in Nooks as soon as the prospect answers via custom fields
Filter & Sort by custom fields in your table view
Prioritize your outreach based on the information you've collected from your prospects.
Personalize your calls by referencing notes from previous conversations.
Preparing your Tasks and Activities to Start Dialing in Nooks
There are two ways to load in tasks when you are dialing from Hubspot
Calling from active or static contact lists
Calling from sequences and/or created one-off tasks
Active & Static Contact Lists
In Nooks, we support the ability to call prospects from contact lists in Hubspot. Visit our Creating Contact lists in Hubspot guide for more information on how to prepare these lists
If you are dialing from a static list - The number contacts in this list will not change, regardless of how many dials you make against this list.
Keep in mind, if you refresh your tasks while dialing from a 'static' list, the dialer will start again from the top of the list - rather where you left off from in your previous session
If you are dialing from an active list - The number of contacts in this list will change based on your list filters.
ex. If you have filters excluding contacts in which you've had calls with a certain 'Call Outcome', they will be removed from these lists once those calls are logged. (Remember to 'Refresh Tasks' at the beginning of a new session to re-sync the updates)
Nooks is able to pull in up to 2,000 contacts via contact lists
Sequences and/or Open Tasks
If you have the Nooks chrome extension installed, you will have the ability to pull down each individual sequence within Hubspot. More information on the chrome extension can be found here.
After completing the call tasks in Nooks the calls are logged into Hubspot against the associated activity, and the prospects is moved through each sequence as prescribed.
