How to Manage Users on Nooks

To manage your Nooks seats please follow the steps below:

  1. Open Nooks at https://nooks.ai

  2. Ensure you are on the Home Screen by clicking the home button at the top left hand corner

  3. Click on the three dots next to your instance name and select seat management

On the seat management screen you will notice your seat count and currently used seats. Keep this in mind while assigning permissions in Nooks.

Adding a new user

  1. Click the purple + button at the top right hand corner

  2. Add the email address and select the user type (Managers will have access to advanced settings)

  3. Assign their permissions (Bullpen, Bullpen + Power Dialer, or Bullpen + Parallel Dialer)

  4. Send the invite

Upon sending the invitation the user will receive an email where they must accept their invite prior to signing into Nooks.

If you do not have enough seats to add a new user please reach out to your customer success manager.

Deleting a user

  1. Hover over a user account and use the red trash can icon to delete a user.

Adjusting Permissions on an Existing User

Adjusting permissions can be done by moving the radio button to reflect the proper permissions on each user.

Bullpen: This user will have access to the Sales Floor functionality only. This is useful for managers that need to listen to live calls and wish to interact with their team on Nooks. These users cannot make dials using Nooks.

Power Dialer + Bullpen: This permission is for users that purchase Power Dialer licenses. Power Dialers are for users that will be making only 1 call at a time using Nooks. This user will also have access to the Sales Floor functionality.

Parallel Dialer + Bullpen: This permissions is for users that will be leveraging the dialer to call up to 5 prospects at once. This user will also have access to the Sales Floor functionality.
