Intro to Nooks' Apollo integration

Overview

Apollo is a powerful sales platform and one of Nooks' key integration partners. Teams can connect their Nooks Workspace to Apollo in order to leverage Apollo's Sales Engagement Platform [SEP]. 🚧

Apollo customers can also use their credits to perform phone number enrichment directly from Nooks if they are also using Nooks Numbers. For more information, ask your CSM.

Core Functionality

The Apollo integration allows users to perform call tasks directly from the Nooks Dialer. Users can load individual sequences or view all incomplete call tasks that are due. They can also leverage Nooks Smart Lists to call prospects who haven't picked up or have asked for followups.

Nooks will also retrieve historical calls and details so that they are available in the dialer, as well as within Nooks's Reporting.

Loading Call Tasks

Users can load individual sequences, or up to 750 outstanding tasks belonging to any sequence.

Call Logging

Calls made in Nooks will be logged back to Apollo automatically. Call dispositions will be automatically loaded from your Apollo settings, and must be mapped to Nooks's disposition categories.

Setup Requirements

The Apollo integration must be set up by a Nooks user with a Manager role, who must also be an Apollo admin. To connect Nooks, go to the settings menu in the top right corner, click on Integrations > Connect Apollo.

⚠️ Users must have the Nooks Chrome Extension installed.
