When parallel dialing with Nooks you will automatically skip voicemails and Nooks will complete any actions configured in your automatic voicemail settings.

The call with be automatically marked with either of the following dispositions:

Left Voicemail - If the sequence step is configured to automatically leave a voicemail.

No Answer - If the sequence is not configured to automatically leave a voicemail.

If you are power dialing (1 call at a time) Nooks will connect you with each connect regardless if it is a voicemail or not. When these calls are connected you can use the Next Call button to follow the voicemail and disposition setting logic established.

If you click 'Hang Up' you will NOT leave a voicemail and your dialing session will end. You will need to click 'Resume Calling' to continue.

You may be connected with a voicemail when parallel dialing when a voicemail sounds like someone picking up the phone. This is done to ensure that prospects are not skipped in error.
