All parallel dialers will experience a slight delay while the system determines what is a successful connect, and what is a voicemail. Nooks will have under one second of delay before connecting you to your prospect.

When showing the prospect information upon connect; Nooks will provide you with a transcript of the start of a call to help bridge this gap. This will help you start your conversation on the right foot by avoiding asking a redundant question.
