How to Navigate the Campaigns Page

Updated over 3 weeks ago

The  Campaigns Page is the first page you land on when accessing Ad Manager as a registered noon Partner.  It allows you to create new campaigns, monitor existing ones, make edits (modify the end date, budget, etc), and pause or duplicate campaigns. It displays Performance metrics on top followed by the Performance Trend graph and the Total Campaigns table

Performance Trend

The Performance Trend section provides you with a dynamic graph for visualizing campaign performance over time.

You can select up to eight metrics to compare simultaneously, with the graph using different colored lines to represent the chosen metrics.

This setup helps you easily track and analyze trends for improved decision-making.

Note: This section can be toggled off by clicking on the eye icon near the create campaign button

Total Campaigns Table

The Total Campaigns table is a detailed table that displays all your campaigns, including essential details like Ad Type, Budget, Status, and Performance metrics.

Note:

  • The Ad Manager Dashboard updates hourly and displays data as per today's data by default

  • All data displayed on the dashboard, including those in the Total Campaigns tab and the Performance Trend graph, are shown based on the selected filters

  • Data before February 3, 2024 will not be shown. To access older data, apply the appropriate filters and export the desired campaign report.

How to find your campaigns

To locate specific campaigns, you can utilize a variety of search, filtering, and sorting tools.

The search bar at the top allows you to quickly narrow down the list by typing all or part of a campaign’s name.

You can filter campaigns based on their status, ad type, and date range to refine your view.

To filter by status, click on the Status Dropdown at the top of the campaign dashboard, and select one or multiple statuses such as Archived, Completed, Live, Draft, Paused, Scheduled, Budget Exhausted, Pending Approval, Payment Failed, QC Pending, or QC Rejected, and then click "Apply".

To select only one status and deselect the others,  hover on the status you want to select, click on the Only button next to it, then click "Apply".

To filter by ad type, click on the Ad Type Dropdown and choose between Product, Brand, or Display to update the view.

If you need to filter by a specific time frame, use the Date Range Selector, pick a predefined range or set custom dates using the calendar, and click "Apply" to see campaigns from the selected period.

Campaigns can be sorted in ascending or descending order of Performance metrics by clicking on column headers.
