Notability accounts are used to access the Gallery and for link sharing. In Notability Cloud, accounts are also used to sync notes. If you're using the version of Notability that relies on iCloud sync, your notes are managed by iCloud and won't appear in your Notability account.
Notability accounts are unavailable in China Mainland, Hong Kong, and Macau.
Notability Accounts and Note Storage
Your Notability account works differently depending on the version of Notability you are using:
Notability with iCloud: Your Notability account doesn't store your notes. Your notes are stored in iCloud or your chosen backup service.
Notability Cloud: Your notes are stored on our server when you create a Notability account.
