Understanding Your Competition Balance Dashboard

Learn how to navigate and interpret the key elements of your competition's balance page, including balance types and transaction statuses.

Updated yesterday

Your competitions Notch Pay balances will be located in the balances page of your assignor dashboard. When first visiting this page you will see a general overview of your balances across all of your competitions. To get started with a payment we will need to navigate to an individual competition. To do so select the competition from the drop down at the top of the page.

Once selected you will be brought to that competitions balance page. Let's break down the key elements on this page:

Balance Overview

  • Notch Pay Balance: The current balance available to payout game fees.

  • Pending Inflows: Inbound payments to the competitions balance that have yet to successfully clear from the card issuer or bank.

  • Pending Outflows: Projected official fees based on current assignment statuses. (Includes assignor fees where applied)

Transaction Tabs

  • All: This tab will display all the transactions regardless of status in the transactions window.

  • Succeeded: Successful transactions are transactions that have cleared and deposited to your available balance.

  • Pending: Pending transactions are transactions that have not cleared and are calculated in the "Pending Inflows" balance previously mentioned.

  • Incomplete: These are payments that have not been completed and are waiting on submission.

  • Failed: When a payment fails for whatever reason (incorrect account information, insufficient funds, etc.) it will reflect a "Failed" status and will need to be retried.

Understanding these elements will help you effectively monitor and manage your competition's financial status.
