Adding funds to your competition balance is essential to ensure your officials get paid on time. It's important to do this before any games occur to prevent payment delays.
Prerequisites
Before adding funds, you'll need to:
Have a payment method set up (bank account or card)
Navigate to your specific competition's balance page
Adding Funds
Click the "Add Funds" button on your competition's balance page
Enter the amount you wish to fund your competition
Select the payment account you wish to pull the funds from
Click the "Pay" button at the bottom of the screen
Confirm the payment amount when prompted
You'll be returned to the main balances page where you can see your pending payment
What Happens Next
After initiating your payment:
ACH payments will show as "Pending" and take 5 business days to clear
Card payments will show as "Pending" and take 2-3 business days to clear
Once cleared, the funds will appear in your "Notch Pay Balance"
You can track the payment status in the transaction tabs on your balance page
Payment Processing Times
Remember that banking holidays do not count toward processing times. If a banking holiday occurs during the processing period, add an extra day to the expected timeline.
