How do I receive money with my EUR details?

How to receive funds in your EUR details.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

You have a few options on how to add money to your EUR account:

  • Card top up; this can be a EUR credit card or in your local currency. Any currency exchange (FX) fees are live charges and will be shown on the app before you complete the transaction.

💡 If your local card is rejected, please make sure that the details are correct and that you have sufficient funds. If that is the case, reach out to us with the name of the local institution or bank, the type of card (whether credit or debit) and the currency of the card.

  • SWIFT transfer from another EUR account. Incoming SWIFT transfers cost €4.82

  • If you want to transfer to/from a EU-based EUR account, then this will be almost instant using SEPA transfer. This will be free.

  • Set up a payment link from the nsave app and send it to a client or a friend to receive money in your nsave account from a card payment.

How to Receive Money in Your EUR Account

Receiving money into your EUR account is fast and easy. Just follow these simple steps to find your account details and start receiving transfers via SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area):

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Open the App
Launch the nsave app on your phone and log in to your account.

  2. Tap the “Accounts” Tab
At the bottom of the screen, tap on the Accounts tab. This is where you’ll find all your currency accounts.

  3. Select Your EUR Account
In the list of available currencies, tap on your EUR account to view its details.

  4. Tap “Account Details”
On the top right of the EUR account screen, you’ll see an option labeled Account Details — tap on it.

  5. View Your EUR IBAN
Once inside the Account Details screen, you’ll find your IBAN (International Bank Account Number) and BIC. This is the information you’ll need to receive EUR payments.

  6. Share Your IBAN
Share your IBAN with the person or institution sending you money. They’ll be able to send EUR to your account using SEPA, the standard euro transfer method across Europe.

Note: Only share your account details with trusted sources. SEPA transfers are typically fast and may take 1–2 business days to reflect in your account.

What is SEPA?
