If you want to use your money with your nsave card, you need to first top up your card.
You can top up your nsave card account by following these steps:
Make sure that your nsave account has the sufficient amount of money. For example, if you’re trying to top up your GBP card, make sure your GBP account has enough money.
Click “Cards” on the menu at the bottom of the screen
Select the card you would like to top up.
Click on “top up”
Enter the amount you would like to move to your card
Click “Continue”. Your card should now be topped up!
Note:
The Card and Account are separate and to use the balance of the account on your card, you need to top it up by completing the steps above.
