Managing your money should be simple and quick - that's why we're excited to introduce the new card top-up feature so you can add funds to your nsave account faster and easier than ever before!
💡 What are card top-ups?
A card top-up allows you to instantly add funds to your nsave account using your credit or debit card, or using Apple Pay or Google Pay.
No more waiting for manual transfers!
Now let's top-up your account ⚡️ Here are the steps:
Step 1: Select Card Deposit
Open the nsave app and click on "Deposit"
Select "Card Deposit"
Step 2: Enter the amount and add the billing address
Input the amount you would like to top-up your account with
⚠️ "Top up account up with"
Select the nsave account you want to top up. This could be either your USD, GBP, or EUR account.
⚠️ "This will cost"
Select the currency of the card you are topping-up with
For example, if you're using an EGP card, select EGP
Add your billing address - this is the billing address of the card you will be using.
Check the fees & click continue
Step 3: Choose your payment method
You can choose to:
Enter your card details manually
Pay using Apple Pay or Google Pay
Step 5: Hit Pay and boom 💥 — your funds will be added in seconds!
💡 Top-up failures
Some card issuers or banks might block this functionality, have limits on it and you might experience issues completing the top-up.
You would either get an error when inputing your card number, or you might get an error message like the one below:
➡ Contact support and share information about the card you used to top-up.
We will investigate if there is any way around it or if it can be fixed!
Pricing
These card top-ups cost 4.5% for free users and 3% for pro users! If you wish to move your subscription to the Pro tier, go in your settings and change your subscription.
