If we require an alternative document for your Proof of Address, we will send you a request to upload a new document. You will receive a notification and see a message directly on the app.
Click on the request and you will see a message explaining why your previous document was rejected and an “upload document button”.
Click on “upload document”
Select the type of document you would like to upload
Attach your file and upload the document
Once it is submitted we will review your document and get back to you!
