Email Your Request
Send an email to support@nsave.com with the subject line “Account Closure Request.”
In your message, include the email address used to register your account and a clear statement that you wish to close your nsave account.
Please send a selfie of yourself holding your passport to make sure that this is really requested by you.
Important Considerations
Once your account is closed, you won’t be able to open another one in the future.
If you have funds in your account, please withdraw them before requesting the account closure.
