Understanding and Resolving Fund Transfer Delays

Updates on EUR accounts & cards availability on nsave

Updated over a week ago

What’s changing?

We’ve temporarily paused the ability to open new EUR accounts and issue new cards (both virtual and physical) across all currencies including EUR, GBP, and USD. These services weren’t consistently accessible to all users, and we believe everyone deserves the same high standard—no exceptions. Currently, GBP accounts are unaffected for non-card functionalities, and we encourage users to utilize their active USD and GBP accounts for transfers and deposits.

What stays the same?

  • If you already have a EUR account, you can continue using it as usual, but some EUR, GBP, and USD cards may experience disruptions.

  • USD and GBP accounts remain available to open and use.

What if I was waiting for a EUR card or account?

If your EUR account or card was still pending:

  • Unfortunately, we won’t be able to proceed at this time.

  • If you paid for a card, you’ll be refunded automatically.

  • No action is needed—we’ll notify you when services resume.- There are no pending requirements for customers. nsave is handling all necessary upgrades and developments.

What’s next?

We’re working on a better, more reliable EUR and card experience, which we expect to relaunch in around two months. This includes developing a more scalable card system to accommodate all users and ensuring consistent service availability. nsave is also committed to actively working on creating a reliable and scalable solution tailored to Euro accounts. The planned improvements include ensuring that card services are consistently available across all regions and currencies, and significant upgrades to scalability and reliability of the card system.

In the meantime, we’re prioritising:

  • Faster and more affordable international transfers

  • Quicker support response times, thanks to an expanded team- Customers will receive timely updates when Euro accounts become available, ensuring they are informed of progress. We are also prioritizing ensuring seamless communication about the transition process for card services. Customers will also receive specific notifications about the relaunch of the card services as soon as they are live.

Thank you for your patience and trust as we continue to improve nsave for you.
