📢 Crypto deposits deactivated temporarily

Here at nsave, we’re committed to providing you with access to safe and secure financial services - your experience is our number one priority. That’s why it’s never easy to let you know when one of our features is put on pause.

Unfortunately, as of today, stablecoin deposits to USD & GBP accounts will be temporarily deactivated. This is due to developments with our banking partners, who make all our features possible.


🛠 Why this is happening:

Our banking partners are adjusting their crypto-related policies, which has affected our ability to process stablecoin deposits at the moment.


✅ What you can still do:

You can continue to fund your nsave account using:

  • ACH transfers

  • SWIFT payments

  • Payment links

  • Local payout methods in select countries

🔄 What if I already sent a stablecoin deposit?

If you sent a crypto (stablecoin) deposit before this change, don’t worry, it won’t be affected. However, we recommend reaching out to our customer support team to ensure everything is processed smoothly. We’re happy to assist and confirm next steps.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Selecting the correct stablecoin and blockchain network is critical.

When receiving stablecoin, you must ensure you're using the supported stablecoin and blockchain network (chain). nsave supports specific stablecoins on designated chains.


If you send funds to your wallet address using an incorrect or unsupported blockchain network, the funds will NOT be credited to your account and CANNOT be recovered. This limitation is inherent to blockchain technology and is completely outside of nsave's control.
