  • Select the accounts you want to open (e.g., USD and GBP)

  • Create a 4-digit PIN to access the app

Step 2: Verify your address

  • Simply validate your address with your location or a document

  • Enter your address carefully. Important: Your address must match the one on your proof of address document and should be your real residential address.

Step 3: Verify your Identity

  • When prompted, begin the identity verification process

  • Choose your document type (e.g., passport or national ID)

  • Take or upload clear photos of your document

  • Fill your personal information exactly as written in the ID/ passport

  • Complete the selfie verification

  • Ensure that the document you photograph includes an MRZ (Machine Readable Zone), especially if using an Egyptian ID. If unavailable, use an alternative document like a passport.

  • Use adequate lighting to minimize glare and shadows, and ensure all edges and data fields of the document are clear.

Why is this needed?

  • We use an automated process to verify your identity for compliance and security.

What do I need?

  • A well-lit environment

  • A smartphone with a working camera

  • Your original physical passport (no scans or photos)

  • Valid ID with MRZ

  • National ID number only for Bangladesh and Nigeria.

How does it work?

  • The app will ask you to take a clear photo of your physical passport/ ID

  • You’ll be prompted to take photos of your face for a liveness check.

  • This process usually completes within a few minutes.

Tips:

  • Remove hats or sunglasses during the selfie

  • Make sure all corners of the document are visible

  • Avoid glare or blurry images

What if something goes wrong?

  • If you encounter any errors or your verification fails, please contact support for help.
