Allows you to view data source availability

You can view data source statuses in the Story Builder mode which can help to give clarity on why data may be missing/incorrect/not appearing in your story.

Step-by-step: Navigating and Understanding Data Source Statuses

  1. In the story builder page, click on 'Setup Data' found in the pane on the left

2. Hover above each data source name to view its status

a) Red dot: Data source has an error getting data from the API/CSV

b) Light green dot: Data source has stopped updating as there was no activity for 90 days post the last activity

c) Dark green dot: Data source is active and updated, hence there will be no pop up when you hover over it

d) Orange dot: Data is still importing - this usually takes a few hours so you can check back after
