Adding new data to your existing CSV integrations is now simpler with the introduction of email functionality.

Find the Email Address for Your CSV Datasource

  1. Go to the Data Factory tab using the Menu button at the upper left-hand corner of the screen (burger icon).

  2. Use the Search bar to find the specific CSV datasource you wish to add data to.

  3. Click the dropdown arrow next to the Settings button and select "Copy Import Email".

  4. Once you've copied the email address, you can proceed to send the CSV file directly through your email inbox.

We now support multiple attachments in a single email, allowing you to send multiple files at one go.

Check the Status of Imported Data Sent via Email

  1. Go to the Data Factory tab through the Menu button.

  2. Use the Search bar to find the CSV datasource you added the data to.

  3. Click the dropdown arrow next to the Settings button and choose "Setup".

  4. In the "Files in the Datasource" section, you should spot the imported CSV file sent via email, marked with an email icon.

If you don't see your imported data in the files section after 30 minutes, this could indicate an unsuccessful upload.
