What AI Hub does
AI Hub is the autonomous broker-outreach layer of Numeo. Where Numeo Spot and Load Hub help you find loads faster, AI Hub goes one step further — it scans the boards you've connected, identifies the best matches for your truck and lane, and works the outreach with brokers based on the rules you set.
How hands-on AI Hub is depends on the mode you choose for each search.
How it works
Real-time board scanning. AI Hub continuously scans your connected load sources for new postings that match your search criteria.
Match ranking. Each candidate load is scored across several signals — rate per mile, deadhead distance, destination market strength, broker credibility, pay history, and how well the lane fits your driver.
Outreach drafted. For top matches, AI Hub drafts a broker email using your template and the load's details.
Rate negotiation. If a broker replies with a counter, AI Hub suggests a target rate based on market data and recent comparable bookings.

Choose a mode for each search
AI Hub runs in one of three modes. Modes are set per search, so you can run a tightly-controlled lane in Manual while a familiar lane runs Autonomous in the background. Anyone with AI Hub enabled on their account can pick any mode.
Manual. AI Hub surfaces matches and can draft outreach, but nothing sends until you click send yourself. Best when you're getting to know AI Hub or working a high-stakes lane where every message needs your eyes.
Supervised. AI Hub drafts every broker email and every rate response, then waits for your approval before sending. You stay in the loop on every action without doing the typing. Best for most day-to-day dispatching.
Autonomous. AI Hub sends outreach and handles replies on its own within the rules you've set — rate floor, lane filters, broker blacklist, approved equipment. If a counter-offer or candidate load falls outside your rules, AI Hub pauses and waits for your approval. You monitor activity in the dashboard and can pause or take any thread back at any time. Best once you've tuned your criteria and want AI Hub working in the background.
You can switch the mode on a search at any time, and you can switch any individual thread to Manual mid-conversation to take it over yourself.
Behind the scenes
Per-driver behavior learning. AI Hub learns from how you and your drivers actually book — which lanes you take, which rates you accept, which brokers you trust.
Broker credibility scoring. Pay history and team feedback feed into broker scores, which weight the ranking.
Destination market intel. Backhaul strength at each destination is factored in so you don't end up cheap-loading into a soft market.
Notes
All emails go from your own connected mailbox. Brokers see your normal business identity.
AI Hub does not book loads on your behalf. In Autonomous mode it can send and reply, but only within the rate, lane, equipment, and broker rules you've set — anything outside escalates to you.
You can switch any AI Hub thread to Manual at any time to take it over yourself.
