The AI Agent Name field sets the name the AI agent will use to introduce itself to brokers. This field is primarily intended for the upcoming AI Call feature, where the agent will introduce itself by this name during phone calls with brokers. That feature is currently under development and not yet available. For now, the field has no active effect on the platform's current email-based workflow.
