What are the two interface modes in AI Hub (Agentic vs Classic)?
Navigate to AI Hub. At the top of the page, you will see two radio buttons: Agentic and Classic.
Mode | Description | Best For |
Agentic | The AI proactively searches for loads based on your standing preferences and autonomy settings, without you needing to type a new search each time. | Dispatchers who want the AI to work independently |
Classic | A conversational interface where you type each search request manually. | Dispatchers who prefer to stay in control of each search |
