Currently, Nuvo automates the process of requesting trade references. However, some suppliers reply to the automated emails by either providing a reference or indicating that they do not offer references.
To stop further references from being sent to these suppliers you may click on the three dots next to the 'Follow Up' button and then select 'Mark Resolved' as in the image below.
Tip: If the reference sends you any details about their relationship with your buyer, you can 'mark as resolved' and then add any relevant details, so you have record of it.
To permanently prevent Nuvo from sending a request to a supplier, you can adjust your settings as outlined in this article.
