Updating a Trade Reference Email

Sometimes buyers may put in the wrong email for a trade reference. Sometimes you as a supplier may have the correct email for a trade reference.

If you'd like to resend the trade reference email to a different address you can select Update Contact Info next to the trade reference the buyer has submitted.

You will then be prompted to enter the A/R email and phone numbers. You can then click submit and Nuvo will resend the trade reference request emails to the updated contact.
