Adding New Signers

Instructions for guiding customers to add additional signers to an application.

At times, you may want an additional signature on a customers application. This could be because a junior employee signed the document, or you'd like to have multiple senior officers sign the app.

Step 1 [Supplier] - "Request Changes" and ask the customer to share their credit app link with the desired signer.

Step 2 [Customer] - The customer receives an email with a link to their credit app.

To send the application to the right signer, they can:

  1. Forward the email,

  2. Share the URL of the credit app, or

  3. Share the Invite Link from within the application itself (screenshot below).

Step 3 [Customer] - The desired signer will need to create a user account on Nuvo.

This helps to ensure the right signer is finalizing the credit application.

Step 4 [Customer] - The signer will then have access to the populated credit app to sign. An additional signature will be added to the credit application.
