Signatures

All you need to know about your credit application's signatures.

As you begin your credit application, you'll be prompted to create an account. During the account creation process, you will be required to enter your first and last name.

Please remember that the first and last name you enter should match the name you will use when signing your credit application at the end.

In the example below, the applicant is named John Smith. He will need to sign the application using the name “John Smith” to guarantee acceptance by the supplier.

Upon completing the application, you'll encounter the option to electronically sign it. This is the part where you can enter your full name. Please refer to the image below to locate the signature placement at the conclusion of the credit application.

If you intend to share the credit application and have multiple officers or managers sign it, you can also review this article for additional guidance on including multiple signatories.
