How Can I Mark Myself as the Authorized Signer?

Guide on marking yourself as an authorized signer

If you reach the Signatures section of the credit application and cannot sign, follow these steps to add yourself as a signer.

If you're unsure whether these steps apply to you, check the bottom of the credit application. If there's a "Request Signatures" button, you've entered someone else as the authorized signer.

Step 1:

Navigate to the Business Details section of the credit application. You'll find this option on the left-hand menu. Click on “Business Details.”

Step 2:

Scroll down to the Officers, Owners, and Authorized Signatories field. If another person is listed there, click the three dots on the right-hand side and select Remove.

Step 3:

After removing the previous signer, you can add your own information. Ensure you include your title, email address, and full name.

Note: The name you enter will be the name you sign as.

Step 4:

You may be prompted to re-enter your company role. Simply enter your role title to continue. If this doesn't happen, navigate back to the “Signatures” section.

Step 5:

Return to the “Signatures” section. You should now be able to sign the application without any issues. If you still encounter problems, please contact support@nuvo.credit for assistance.
