Welcome to the Onboarding Command Center—a streamlined dashboard designed to give you full control over the onboarding process, from enrolling new hires to tracking their progress every step of the way. Our powerful features ensure a smooth, organized onboarding experience for both managers and new employees. 🎉

Dashboard Features: Built for Efficiency

Enroll an Employee into an Onboarding Sequence

Effortlessly add new hires to a fully automated onboarding sequence right from your dashboard:

- Pre-Configured Sequences : Choose from pre-built onboarding templates designed for various roles and departments, ensuring each new hire has a customized experience.

- Step-by-Step Tracking: See each onboarding task laid out in sequence and track progress in real-time. With all steps easily visible, it’s simple to monitor the completion rate and ensure new hires are on track.

After logging into your Onboarding Command Center (dashboard), you'll find the option to switch seamlessly between your Occupop recruiter account and your Onboarding account on the left side. This feature provides flexibility in switching between tabs.

The small notification icon keeps you informed about any new activity in the onboarding process. It alerts you to updates such as new assignments, completed tasks, or other important notifications you should be aware of.

Additionally, you'll see action items (tasks) requiring your attention and can easily view the profiles of new starters.

Under the Onboarding tab, you can view candidates categorized as pending, in progress, requiring action, or completed. Navigating between these tabs is simple and intuitive, allowing you to manage candidates effortlessly.

You can easily narrow down the view to your colleagues by selecting their names from the drop-down list, allowing you to see relevant items assigned to them.

You can also use the search bar to find a candidate by typing their name or email address.
