πŸ“Š Dashboard πŸš€

Introducing our latest dashboard: Seamlessly track jobs you have created or have been assigned to, candidates, and scheduled interviews in one centralized interface, streamlining your workflow and enhancing productivity. With this dashboard, you can easily monitor the progress of your recruitment activities, ensuring efficient management and timely decision-making. πŸ—“οΈ

Under My open job tab are the jobs you have created or the ones that were assigned to you

In the "My Candidates" tab, you'll find candidates at various stages, including those who have been rejected, for the jobs you've either created or have been assigned to.

In "My Interviews," you'll see scheduled interviews with applicants for roles you've either created or been assigned to. It's a simple way to manage and track interviews, ensuring you stay organized in evaluating and selecting candidates. Whether you're involved in job creation or overseeing hiring, this section keeps you informed about upcoming interviews, making recruitment easier.

Activity πŸ”Ž:

Within the Activity panel on the right side, you can observe most actions occurring on your Occupop account, such as incoming CVs from candidates, scheduled interviews, and accepted invitations. Additionally, you'll find comments from hiring managers (with thumbs up or down), and it also notifies you when a candidate has replied with any necessary forms or documents.

Calendar πŸ—“οΈ:

In the calendar section, you can have an overview of all scheduled interviews, as well as pending ones (in case you use the Occupop interview scheduler). This feature provides a comprehensive snapshot of your interview commitments, ensuring you're always up to date with your recruitment schedule.

We hope you will find the new dashboard to be satisfactory. Should you have any feedback or require assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us at support@occupop.com. We are here to help. πŸš€πŸ‘
