After successfully transitioning an employee from Occupop to the Onboarding portal, a detailed Employee Profile is automatically created. This profile serves as the central hub for managing all employee-specific information and tasks throughout their onboarding journey.
The employee will initially appear on your dashboard under the "Requires Action" tab. From there, you can view and track the progress of their onboarding. To access additional details, click on the green profile button.
In the Attachments tab, you can view and download the employee’s CV, along with any forms or documents uploaded to their profile. Additionally, you can check if the employee has been assigned to any workflow.
Under the More Actions tab, you have several options, including:
Changing the employee’s start date.
Updating the assignee responsible for their onboarding.
Re-sending an invite to the employee, including password reset links.
Completely modifying the assigned workflow.
Once the employee is transferred to the Onboarding portal, they will receive an invitation to access their employee portal. This invitation will be sent to the email address you have registered for them in the system.
They will then have the option to set up their password to access the portal.
