From the left side menu select “Templates”

Click the “edit” icon on the right side of the template you wish to edit

Edit the required information

Use “template fields” to auto populate information, e.g. {my_company_name} will automatically insert your company name.

Copy the field you want to insert

Paste as plain text

Hit Save
