How to Export Reports on Occupop
Exporting reports on Occupop is a simple and efficient way to gain insights and keep track of your recruitment activity. You can export your data in PDF or CSV format and even schedule reports to be sent automatically.
Steps to Export a Report:
Apply Filters:
Select the relevant time period, roles, and if needed, filter by job owners/sectors.Run the Report:
Click to generate the report based on your selected filters.Mark the sections you need to be exported or simply Mark all for export.
Download the Report:
Once the report is loaded, choose your preferred format—PDF or CSV.
The report will be sent directly to your email inbox.
How to Schedule a Report on Occupop
In addition to exporting reports manually, Occupop also allows you to schedule reports to be sent automatically to your inbox.
Steps to Schedule a Report:
Select ‘Schedule Report’:
You can also choose to “Schedule Report” on Occupop.Set Frequency:
Choose how often you want to receive the report:
Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly.Start Date:
Pick the date you’d like the schedule to begin.Manage Scheduled Reports:
Under the Scheduled Reports tab, you can view all your active scheduled reports in a list.
If needed, you can delete any scheduled report by clicking the red bin icon.
