REPORTING

Analyze your data from key categories, including Job details, Candidates, Your team, the hiring Process metrics, Source of applications insights, and findings from the Diversity and Inclusion Survey, and keep up to date with Reports.

  • From the left side menu select “Reports”.

  • Choose the category you want to see reports from.

  • Click filters on the top right of the screen to select the time, sector, jobs, owners or brands you want to filter.

Explore detailed insights as we delve into specific data categories within our reports

Job Tab will provide you the following information: Applicants by Source, hires by source, job status, rejection by source, pipeline, average time to hire, time spent in each stage and Job summary.

Candidates Tab will provide you the following information: Hires over time, Percentage of interviews hired, Applications over time, Average first response time, Documents sent vs completed and Hired Candidate Summary

Team tab will provide you with the following information: Comments by team member, Fill rate by team member, Emails sent by team member, Jobs posted by team member, Interviews by team member, Hires by team member, Forms and documents sent by a team member.

The Hiring Process tab will provide you: Interview types, Candidate drop-off per stage, Interviews over time, Percentage of interviews hired, Reason for rejection.

Source tab will provide you: Top performing job board, Number of hires by job board, Interviews by job board, Roles filled by job boards, Hires over time, Number of applicants by job board, Rejection by job board, Fill rate by job board
