You can easily access a candidate's profile by clicking on "My Jobs" and selecting the role you need to manage.

Under each hiring flow, you can view your candidates and open their profiles by clicking on their names.

Within the candidate's page, you will find all information related to that candidate.

Next to their name, you will see a number indicating the roles they have applied for. If they have applied for multiple roles with the same CV, this number will reflect that.

Additionally, the source from which they applied is displayed under their name.

Under each tab you can check different information such as their latest CV:

You can upload a new CV if you need to by clicking on the Upload CV button.

You can also download the CV.

If the candidate attached a cover note with the application you can check this under the Cover Note tab.

Under the Activity Tab, you can review all actions performed on the candidate's profile. This includes the roles they applied for, if they were moved to a different role, scheduled for an interview, or sent for a hiring manager review. You can also see the exact dates these actions were carried out:

The Questions Tab displays information on the Smart Questions and allows you to check the answers provided by the candidate, if applicable.

Under the Interview Score tab, you can request a score for the candidate and also score the candidate yourself by clicking on the "Score Now" option:

Under the Comments section, you can leave remarks on the candidate's profile. By using "@" and adding your team member's name, you can alert them to these actions:

You can check the sent email under the Email tab and also create new ones by clicking on the Compose button:

Under the More Actions menu, you can perform various tasks such as sending an email to a candidate, scheduling an interview, sending the candidate to a hiring manager for review, or moving the candidate to another job:

You can also add tags to the candidate's profile. These tags will be saved with the candidate's information and, if applicable, stored in the CV database for later use:

Finally, you can further manage the candidate here by deleting their profile or editing their information (for example, if the email address or phone number needs to be amended). You can also export the candidate's profile to a CSV file from this section:
