Your favourites are recruiters that you prefer to work with or your preferred supplier lists (PSL). You can add and manage favourites in Favourites on your toolbar.
To add a favourite:
From the left side menu select “Favourites”
Select “Add Favourite” from the top right of the screen
Start typing to search through Occupop listed agencies
Select your favourite agency
Hit save
*Don’t see the agency you want? Click “Request for Recruitment Agency” on the right side of the screen. Enter in the details of the agency you would like added to the Occupop system. Onboarding of new agencies can take 12 to 48 hours.
Not happy with a favourite or come to the end of your agreement, you can delete the favourite at any stage by selecting the trash can icon.
